Sleep is good. All the bad is so conveniently misplaced and forgotten but when you someday recall that it wasn't perfect you are sort of taken aback and confused as to what it is that you've been idealizing all this time and realizing that it wasn't much but you still can't help going down the nicely packaged routine you've planned out months in advance and it's okay 'cause it just takes time, right?
