this old school arcade-style game that i can't remember the name of with aliens and stars and cherry bombs
i also miss being a kid and playing with my cousins. fucking time of my life. the adults (parents, aunts, uncles) were just there in the periphery as caregivers/food providers/enablers of fun, i.e. drivers of cars to fun places, buyers of toys, etc. for the second time since turning old, i forgot the youngest one isn't a baby anymore, talking to my parents, and they said, "what baby? ...she's 10. or eleven. can't remember." i'm so damn stupid sometimes. also, why can't i fall asleep?
