another dream

last night i dreamt that i partied with nofx, who happened to be staying at my illinois house in two enormous luxury tour buses. they were friendly, down-to-earth guys, but i kept getting them mixed up with their opener, a band called the demanders (??), and i couldn't figure out why they were at my house so i was a bit on edge. but then i realized, of course, they are friends with my mother. and everything became much more normal.

the other dream i don't remember fully but it was something about negotiating with an evil mutant giraffe alien that was toxic green and orange colored and it was in my living room, which had a reeeeeally tall ceiling, but not tall enough for the giraffe to stand up without using the skylight. i'm pretty sure it tried to eat me and i cried a lot. then something about 9/11 and terrorist attacks.

p.s. i am now unofficially OFFICIALLY in a pop punk band, the 20somethings!!!!!!! whenever we record our demo and put it up on myspace i'll post the website here. see facebook for a preliminary band photo... i haven't met the drummer yet, but apparently, he exists.
