so i've figured out that taking naps really does help; at the same time, you're sleeping at five o'clock in the afternoon.
according to my shoddy piecemeal understanding of economics, there should be some cost-benefit analysis here, with maybe if i'm not too mixed up a marginal cost? but in the end economics is down the drain in face of the inescapable nature of biology (ha ha)--or more specifically, the opposite of arousal, which is not to say sex.
i'm just hoping really really hard in my current nocturnal state that i don't fall asleep at the concert.
